Our policy is very simple. If you're not happy with the product return it to us for a full refund less your shipping cost back to us.

If your product is damaged in any way please keep all packaging materials and give us a call immediately. We will arrange for replacement through the shipping company and we will handle the claim for you. The shipping company may want to come out to inspect the damaged product and inspect the packaging.

We try to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase from us and we aim to please. This is why we don't have pages of small print which no one ever reads anyway.
